Are effects on MIX track always applied to various methods of file output? (mixdown, bounce, export)

Hi folks,

 

Can someone tell me which file (and bounce/mixdown to track) output scenarios will run through the MIX track, and therefore have the MIX effects applied?

 

For example:

1. Multitrack > Mixdown to new track

2. track context menu > Export Mixdown

3. Multitrack > Bounce to new track

4. File > Export > Multitrack mixdown

 

Does all of these run through the MIX track?

The only one of those scenarios where there would be a question is Multitrack>Bounce to New Track. But even if the track output is set to None, a bounce will go via the Mix channel and any effects it has added to it there. Eveything else says Mixdown on it, so that's the route it will take.
