Uploaded well done audio recordings with Au3 non activation was declined the upload. Our band wasted time recording  in Au3? Is there a reason why this publisher won't stand by a product? I use the BPM feature to extend and shorten tracks across the board, other programs have a similar feature but it's nowhere near what we had in Au3. We also change the sampling with the adjust frequency edit. Then we shorten or lengthen the track to fit. Will we have to record everything over in a rented DAW? We don't use software plugins, it's all done with gear and routing. Why would I have to rent a new DAW? I got the unactivated version from my hard copy years ago.

We are a major part of the support team for Audition 3, as it is a legacy product. And the information I provided above is correct; the support team wouldn't come up with anything different. One of the features of all versions of Audition is that when you have it in unlicenced demo mode, none of its functionality is limited - it never has been. And that's why I think the OP's supposition is incorrect; it's far more likely that it's a non-standard recording that has been submitted and that is what is behind the rejection. I also think that it would be best if you didn't comment on things that you clearly have no knowledge of - it doesn't help.

I suggest that you ask the publisher directly why they didn't accept your track. The one thing that seems most unlikely though is because of the software used to create it, because they would have no idea at all of its user-status. Your mention of changing sampling rates is a little concerning though - if you submit something with a non-standard rate, that would be enough to put them off, I would have thought.
