Audio drop outs when volume too low in timeline especially multitrack. popped up in v25.0.047

I produce a daily show for Rick Dees and audition 25.0.0.47 started dropping out if I lower the volume too low when mixing, usually in the first few seconds. Like a skip.

wav file(s) on timeline, manually lower volume rubber band.

Windows 11, Audition v25.0.0.47

Is this in Multitrack? If it is, what processing do you have anywhere?

I have a Rodecaster Pro II. Just to try something, I switched the output to the Rodemaster Chat II as opposed to the Main and did a show and didn't have that issue, but I sure don't know why that worked that time. I've never had to do that for the last 200 shows.
