Audio Interface or Mixer?

I have two fairly good condenser mics that I would like to use for a two-mic set-up for Audition. I am using Windows 10. I know I need some kind of interface. Obviously I will need phantom power for both plus two headset inputs. Should I use a mixer or a simple interface like the Scarlett? My price range is between 200.00 and 400.00. Any help would be appreciated.
