Audio issue after exporting

Hi everyone. Here is my question. I'm not sure if it is a bug or what is going on.

When I try to export a mixdown in Audition 2025 or 2024 I get this strange repeating sound on the final file.

You can hear it in the attached 2025 file. 

When using Audition 2023 I have no issues.

Has anybody had this issue before?

I'm not sure if it is how Audition is handling the effects in the multitrack or if this a bug.

It plays fine in the DAW.

I would prefer to use the latest edition Audition obviously and that is why I am asking this question.
I am using Windows 11.
