Audio pops and cuts out

What is this called and how do i fix it? This is the audio, I have no idea why it does that or how to fix it, I am assuming it's because I am too loud?

I am using a Power Dewise Lavalier Mic. Please help.

That sounds more like a bad connection. How was it connected to your recording device? Did it go straight into a computer?

It was connected to my iPhone, I used the lightning adaptor with it. the connection sounded fine until He audio would get too loud.

Unfortunately there is nothing that audio software can do to cure the problem. You really need to sort out the problem at the recording end I'm afraid.
