Audition 13.0.7 When saving a project files became offline..

I'm using Audition 13.0.7 with Mac Catalina 10.15..
When I save a project (sesx) some of the files goes ofline.. If I'll close the project and reopen it they became online untill I save it.. 🙂
Any idea?

you are not alone been on the useless adobe chat for 3 and 1/2 hours so far... downgraded to 13.0.6 until fixed

Adobe chat is indeed useless if they still aren't aware that the solution to this is to download the beta version from the CC app and use that instead of the current release...

I even asked that question... no response. At least I do not have to pay for this support as I do for PT. All is well, I will just skip 13.0.7

The next time the files go offline can you (while leaving audition open) go to whatever the equivalent on a Mac is for Explorer and make a copy of the sesx and email it to info@aatranslator.com.au and also providing one of the names of the offline files.

Probably won't help but can't hurt

    As I understand it the Audition developers have been working on this and have just released a fix

    If you go to the beta downloads in the Creative Cloud application you should find the latest Audition beta version.

    It seems that a lot of people are having problems with files mysteriously going off-line when they shouldn't be. Not sure what's behind this yet, I'm afraid - but you're not alone...
