Audition 2.0 on windows 10 computer doesn't mix down (export) from multitrack to one mp3 file.

Question

I am working on 40 programs of about 35 min each in a series for kids. I have been trying to complete them by exporting to one mp3 file from the multitrack. Sometimes it works, sometimes it says change the sample rate, sometimes it doesn't do anything and just sits there. I work in a consistent sample rate, and I've never had this problem before. If I can't mix down, I can't finish the programs. Arghhh.

Please help me using step by step instructions. I am an educated person, but frankly, the info in the manual is Greek to me at times.

Audition 2? Even when it was released (in a hurry) that was never a good, or particularly stable release! The first thing you should do is download and install Audition 3, and use that - much better. Won't even cost you anything, but you have to follow the instructions in the FAQ carefully: Audition 3 and the activation service
