Audition 2019 Export to OMF Error -- Failing to Export

Question

I'm receiving this error code when attempting to export a multitrack session to OMF. I've successfully exported other files to OMF but then this error code popped up. I've been on the phone with Adobe and still have no answer as to how to solve.

My latest theory is that I moved the cache folder to manage storage. Could this be the problem?

I don't think that would be it but you can test this yourself by moving the cache back to where it was.

Does this happen every time you open the session and try and convert to OMF?

Does the session load properly - all the media is there?

Try exporting the session to another location making sure you tick the 3 options and then try again
