Audition 2022 issues with Monterey 12.0.1

I'm having the most bizzare issues of losing access to my keychain, and the mouse and keyboard losing their connection while using Audition 2022.  This is ONLY happening when Audition is running. I get multiple requests from the iOS to reenter passwords to allow login to the keychain, which keeps Finder from working correctly, and ultimately forces a 'power button' hard re-boot of the machne. 

Has anyone else experiened this with Audition?
