Audition/after effects keeps crashing on startup

I've downloaded the new software and wanted to try it out. I activated the trial but I can't use it because it keeps crashin on my mac. I'm running on MacOS Catalina Verison 10.15.3

i keep sending it and it has been day 5 and i can't use the software. What information do you need?
