Audition and Scarlet 18i8

set up is a MacBook, el capitan OS. Scarlett 18i8 interface with 4 XLR mics. Adobe will only see the 2 of the 4 inputs - and will only put one on the right and one on the left channel.

I have the newest version of focusrite control. Audacity picks up all four mics fine.  How do I get adobe to let me map more than two inputs?
