AUDITION CC 2017 KEYBOARD SHORTCUTS DISAPPEARING

I have noticed recently (past two months after new CC rollout (build 10.0.2.27), that my keyboard shortcuts start to disappear.  And I mean the regular shortcuts, like "Ctrl-A" and "Ctrl-C".  I've had to go back into keyboard preferences and re-enable them.  Has this happened to anyone else?  I'm running the iMac edition on Sierra version 10.12.3.  I've got plenty of RAM and disk space and cache.

Well you could check out the folder where the Shortcuts are kept and backup the .xml file in there that holds your keyboard shortcuts. To find the folder go to the Help menu in Audition and click on Reveal Log Files. This will take you to Audition's Settings/Logs. If you go up a folder level you will find all Audition's settings files and there will be a folder labelled Shortcuts. This is where they will be stored.

Thank you Ryclark.  I will do that.  It still seems strange, however, that these commands should just disappear.
