audition cc 2018 normalize multiple clip in multi track

hi

i have started to use 2018 even my favorite is 2015

and i haven't found any new feature from 2015 to 2018 outside some cosmetic

may I ask few questions ?

1)

do i miss something? i mean are there some interesting new feautures between them?

about multi track

2) how can i normalize multiple clips from different audio source o track 1 in a non destructive way ? (without sending them all in waveform )

3) and how can i normalize multiple clips on differents tracks like track 1 ,track 2 e 3 and so on
