Audition CC: Effects > Noise Reduction Process

Upon selecting the Noise Reduction Process under the Effects dropdown in Adobe Audition, nothing happens. No menu or panel opens. I was just using this exact tool last week, no issue, but now it won't open. I've randomly selected other Effects and they all open. I've tried closing and re-opening the program/file, still nothing.

Any suggestions would be great.
