Audition CC Noise Reduction issue on first attempt...

Is anyone else having this odd issue with Audition CC (latest version)?-- where you select your background noise area on the clip and go to Capture Noise Print, then select the whole clip and click on Noise Reduction Process only to have it not work at all.... until you do the exact same thing a second time.  It's so annoying and I don't understand why it's doing that.  (Been like this for quite some time, now... I was hoping this recent update would take care of it, but it didn't.  Argh.)
