Audition CC2020: Moving project session files from 12.0 to 13.0 folder

Hi

I did most of my sessions for my current project in 12.0, and the latest in 13.0.

Is there a proper way to move the 12.0 sessions (and their supporting media) to the 13.0 folder?  I could just drag-and-drop, but not sure if this is the best approach.
