Audition crashed middle of a multi track project

Question

Hi, I was working on a multitrack project in Audition. It crashed in between.

I am unable to get the last edits I have made to the project. Basically, I have lost 4 hours of hard work.

I have tried the backup file project, last saved project. Nothing works. Somebody, please help

Okay, so it's not good. But, one thing you need to know is what caused this to happen - and the developers are probably the only people who can tell you this. We have an FAQ covering what you should do to alert them, here: Audition Crashed. Now what?

As for what you can do - well it's hard to say at all, as we know nothing about your system. Heck, we don't even know if this has happened on a Mac or a PC!
