Correct answer jonburr

The issue was the TSAR plugin version. There was a later version, the updater didn't catch it.

This issue is solved -

Audition is working as expected.

Hey jonburr,

Please follow this post to send the crash report to the engineering. Audition Crashed. Now what?

I'd also suggest filing a bug here: Bug Report Form

Thanks,

Rameez

Remember that the VST effects plugins that you are using are all third party ones and it is hard for any software developer to try out all possible versions of third party software when beta testing. They should still work in Audition CC2018 as they did in CC2017. However there are some known bugs in CC2018 that Adobe are working on fixes for. So to make sure that the developers have all the info please send your Crash logs to the team as outlined in the FAQ Audition Crashed.  Now what?

No point at all in posting this here - do what it says in the FAQ: Audition Crashed. Now what? and send it to audbugs@adobe.com
