Audition crashes on launch

Question

Upgraded to a new Macbook Pro with Apple silicon (M1). Used the migration assistant from my old Macbook. I had installed the Other World Computing Aura memory upgrade. Pretty sure I've deleted all the OWC extensions. Reinstalled OS X. Audition crashes on launch to the spinning pinwheel of death. Any ideas?

Audition will have produced a fault log file - it always does, even when it fails to open. The information you need to locate that is here - Audition Crashed - now what? If you post the contents of it into this thread, it might be obvious as to what's causing it...

When you said you used a migration assistant, is this how you attempted to move Audition? If it is, I'm reasonably convinced that it won't work - you need to do a fresh install, first of the CC app and then Audition.
