Audition crashes won't open

When any version of Audition crashes, it creates a log file. What you need to do is have a look at this FAQ: Audition Crashed. Now what? and collect the necessary data and send it to audbugs@adobe.com - there's no point in posting it here. They will respond. You won't know whether you need to reinstall or not until somebody's had a look at what's actually wrong.

As for the activation codes, you'll have to contact Adobe help directly - we have no information about individual user accounts at all.
