Audition doesn't seem to find the microphone from USB mixer

I have  a Behringer Xenyx Q502 USB mixer with a microphone plugged in. Any ideas on how to record with it?

You need to set Audition up to record from the source of your choice. Since you haven't said whether this is on a Mac or a PC we can't be specific, but there's a basic guide here: Connecting Audio Hardware to Audition
