Audition doesn't show up in Creative Cloud using Windows 11 (Parallels Desktop)

How come Audition doesn't show up in Creative Cloud on my Windows side when I open Creative Cloud?

Using a M2 Max MacBook Pro running Parallels 19. I would use the Mac side but there's a certain third party plugin that only works in Window's Audition.
