Audition: “Edit Audio to Video”

I'm trying to put audio on my video. I'm trying to use the "Edit Audio to Video" format on Adobe Audition 2020, but when I hit the play button on the Multitrack, the video doesn't play along with the music. What can I do in order for me to be able to watch the film and add/edit sound to it on Audition?

What is the format of the video file?  I'm fairly certain Audition can not display certain video file types.
