Audition Essential Sound won't affect all clips within a sequence

So a few weeks ago I was positive I could do this after dynamic linking my video out of premiere into Audition. That I could drag select all of my audio clips and hit dialogue from the essential sound panel. I followed this tutorial: How to Use the Essential Sound Panel in Premiere Pro CC 2017 - YouTube

This isn't working either in Audition or Premiere Pro.

Is this a new bug?

All of my CC apps are up to date.

I have the same problem in Premiere as well as Audition. Is there a way to copy and past Essential Sound parameters onto clips at a time?

I have the same issue and two more people in youtube. No one seems to be able to find an answer to this problem.
