Audition Export Issues

I have a 5.1 project that I've been working on for a few months. I have all the outputs set to default 5.1 and when trying to export mixdown the options are all greyed out.

I read a few posts that say that I need to switch my outputs to Master however when I do that I lose my 5.1 surround pan settings.

Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Fixed. The issue was that I had originally seen behavior where changing the output from surround to master was dropping my pan settings and don't non of the tracks outputting to master. I switched them to master and was able to export.

what is strange is a few times it reset my panning but after downgrading to an earlier version it is no longer doing this. Very strange.

I also tried exporting using Media Encoder but it only supports stereo. The mix plays in 5.1 in my room with my speakers but export seems to be either completely fried or limited to stereo.

Not that simple. The selections to export are disabled when I have outputs set to surround. If I set to master then I can export but I lose all of my surround panning.
