Audition File Manager not showing file name

Hello, I seem to have glitched out my audition application. The file manager no longer display's the file name on the top left, and when I right click to view the enabled columns, the one for "Name" is checked, but grayed out. I've updated and restarted the program a few times, but have been unable to resolve. Any advice on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated!

Windows 11

You've just dragged the labels along - you can reposition them. Chances are that if you drag the 'Duration' label along to the right, the file name will magically reappear!

Already tried that unfortunately, the label is not on the docket 😞

I wouldn't normally say this - but I think you may have to try a little harder - all of those names can slip, and they can easily hide behind each other.
