Audition. How to merge 2nd track to the first track so it is continuous?

I have a two hour music show. 
first hour is in the top track the second hour is right below it in the second track. How do I put the second track right next to the end of the first track so it's one continuous show?

This is actually quite simple!

 

You're in multitrack view so first, zoom out until you can see the whole of the track for the first hour.  Click and drag the file for the second hour and place it directly after the first hour, on the same track (1) if you wish, or leave it on track 2.  Choosing to Mixdown will then combine the two files into one.
