Can someone help me. I dont know why my Adobe Audition looks like this

The most common reason for this is the setting highlighted in my screenshot below:

If the box is already ticked, untick it; if it's already unticked, tick it, and don't forget the message about a restart of AA being needed.

Also, check your video drivers are fully up to date.
