AUDITION - Match Loudness Not Working

I use this all the time and have never had a problem. Today, between editing two files (Mono Audio WAVs) without any changes to Audition, it suddenly stopped working.

If you check out the screenshot, you'll see the Amp Stats are up to date (i.e. no warning triangle) after running Match Loudness. Check the Max Peak at -3.1, then look at the stats: -3.81.

Can anyone tell me why?

I have the same issue. File is clearly below my target LUFS level, yet under Status, it says Done (0.00dB).
it has never done this until the last couple of weeks
