Audition Multitrack Session Export audio problems - edits not rendered properly

Hello,

I am having trouble getting accurate audio exports from audition. Export>Multitrack Mixdown>Entire Session. Edited audio doesn't render correctly in the bounced file. This is not an effects problem. I have uploaded a short clip file that is correct and then another file that is a bit longer which shows the problem. The place at issue is renderred correctly at 00:33 seconds on the "correct" version. And incorectly at 1:43 on the "problem" version. Tracks are rendered pre bounce. The edited audio that is giving the problem is on Track 2 in the screenshot.  Any assistance would be very much appreciated.

    Can't really tell what's happened, although it does look as though you've got an overlapped clip at what I think might be the problem point. Would need to see a close-up of that bit to be able to take a better guess at what might be happening on your now rather old version of Audition...
