AUDITION PROBLEM

Hello

This is my first visit here.i have been using Adobe products for years without too much grief but now i have a problem.When i go to export or save a file to my desktop or anywhere else for that matter i get a message saying that the designated place no matter where is used by the operating system ..i have had their support teams taking over my computer but still no luck...i have uninstalled and reinstalled but i get the same message.....does anybody have any ideas??/ thank you
