Audition: Spectral more shortcuts not working in windows 10

Here I am providing the screenshot of the commands.

These keyboard shortcut commands worked well in Windows 8.1. But recently I upgraded to windows 10 and  installed the same Adobe Audition 2015 cc which I was using before upgrade. Everything workes as usual but these commands shortcut: 
Ctrl + Alt + up arrow 
Ctrl + Alt + down arrow  
These two keyboard shortcuts are not working.  
First I thought Audition 2015 cc is not compatable with windows 10. So, I installed Adobe Audition 2019 CC but. It didn't work either. 

I use keyboard shortcuts to work effeciently but this thing is really becomming desappointing. Please help.

I'm not sure if this is a bug, or something that Microsoft has done. What should happen within Audition is that those commands should do what they say, but on this system they don't work either, and what is rather worse is that the Windows commands (which involve revolving the screen) remain working. I'm inclined towards it being a bug. Enquiries will be made...
