If this was a Microsoft voice, and Microsoft updated it, then it's them that you need to turn to - Audition only has a means of converting text to speech, and has no control whatsoever of what voices are used - the download of those (apart from any inherent ones I suspect) is entirely down to you. And it isn't always simple to get them to work, either - as a few people have discovered. In fact the whole thing is pretty flaky from that point of view.
