Audition Spinning Wheel

Hi, I'm having an Issue with Adobe Audition CC 2018, basically, I went to input some text into the System's Text to speech (Effects > Generate > Text To Speech). The text was rather long, and after it was input-ed, I went to change the Voice, After that, the Rainbow Icon started to spin, i figured it was taking its time, my issue is that it wouldn't load up at all, no matter what I did.

I was told I can reinstall Audition but I don't want it to not be able to reinstall, for I use the software a decent amount of editing and remixing. If Anyway has any suggestions what I can do, Please let me know, thank you!
