Audition to Pro Tools

I am working with two different sound editors on one project. The first one is working in Adobe's Audition and the second in Avid's Pro Tools. How can I best convert the project from Audition to Pro Tools while still maintaining full quality?

Either bounce down each track to stems (and hope that you got your edits, xfades, etc  correct), export an OMF or use AATranslator
