Suggest you set your preferences so that the Cloud desktop app does not remove previous versions when it updates your apps

You can also set the preferences in the desktop app so that updates are done by you when you are ready. Not automatically by the desktop app leaving you only with a new version and not the previous version.

Different people have different expectations of what happens during an upgrade. Some expect only the latest version to remain installed when the upgrade is complete. Others prefer to keep previous versions until they are ready for the upgrade. Sounds like the latter option would suit you better.
