Audition - Very Slow Export times

Hi all, long time Premiere user trying to speed up audio mixing workflow and running into very slow export times.

I send Premiere sequence to be edited in Audition, mix the audio, and then export back to Premiere Pro.

The export time tends to be really disproportionate (especially compared with how Premiere tends to export Audio files in a flash). For a 5 hour sequence it is currently estimating taking 3 hours to export. This is with me exporting as main mix, takes far longer when I was exporting stems from the buses (as I wanted to do) but gave up on as this would normally add about 5 hours.

This has been a long time problem that I've just been putting up with...my PC is fairly high spec for processing audio like this and I know that doing this in Logic Pro or Pro Tools would export much faster but I really want to use Audition as I like the workflow.

PC Specs:

Windows 10

AMD Ryzen 9 3950X 16 Core

96GB RAM

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 Super

Running all files from Rocket 4 Plus NVME drive

Below is screenshot of this very simple sequence, channels have Denoise, EQ, de-esser, multiband compression, and on the master channel there is also a compressor. All built in plug ins, no third party.

Any advise would be greatly appreciated, I am convinced this should be faster going by how much faster I can process video. Thanks!
