Audition will not initialize or open, it is trying to read Impact Effects in the Common file

Thank you for your response. Strangely, My VST files are in a common file within the Premiere files, and as I step-out of the Premiere files, there is another common file, on the smae level with my Adobe programs, with Film Impact effects in it, so I switched the contents of the 2 common files and it has worked.
