Audition will not play my Rode Wireless Go II files .UUG

I tried to copy a file .UGG file from my wireless go pro to audition however the file will not play?

It's a proprietary format - you have to use their software to export the files. I gather that there have been some problems with this as well, mainly concerning larger files - don't know if that's been fixed or not.
