Audition won't import workspace

I've tried several times to import a saved workspace into Audtion CC (version 10), both on PC and Mac. I always get a "successfully imported" message but the workspace does not show up. What might the problem be?

How are you going about importing the Workspace? At the moment it appears to be one of the settings that isn't automatically imported when a new installation of Audition first opens and asks to import settings from a previous version. I always do it manually by copying over the Workspace folder from the old settings folder.

You can find all the settings by going to the Help menu and clicking on 'Reveal log files'. This will take you to the Log folder in Audition's Settings folder. So just go back up a level to find the Workspace folder and copy from the 9.0 to 10.0 folder.
