Audition wont start

After updating to latest versions on both Premiere and Audition, I can't get Audition to open see the file I am trying to edit from Premiere. 

When I point out a clip, and click on "Edit in Audition", The program starts up, but before it is fully loaded, premiere says "Render and replace". Then It creates a rendered file of it self in the Project browser in Premiere Pro. And when Audition finally is loaded, it is empty. No file loaded. 

What has gone wrong?
