Audition XML FATAL ERROR

Question

I have a student working on an audition project and her session file corrupted. This seems to be a common problem on this forum. If I can give someone access to the session file, it is possible for it to be recovered?

Suite spot is the person you need - I'm sure he'll see this.

But in all fairness, these corruptions aren't that common. When you consider the millions of sessions that get set up and run each week (no that's not an exaggeration), we only get to hear about a handful, and there's usually a good reason for those. If this really was a massive problem, then Suite spot wouldn't have time to look at them - and he does pretty much look at all of the ones presented here.
