Auditions power of eternal crashing!
I've been using Audition since before Adobe bought it, and it's always been the best audio editing program. But the last few years it has suffered an incredible amount of crashing. Today it crashes at least three times a week and causes me to spend from one to three hours making something, which disappeared when Audition crashed. I am madly frustrated that Audition has become directly counterproductive. When the program crashes, you can download a version that it thinks is the last saved version, I tried that once and it was a disaster. For some mysterious reason it never fetches the last saved version. When I tried, it downloaded a much, much older version than the ones I could load myself. Again directly counterproductive. I've been thinking about writing for a few years, but dropped the idea as I'm sure it won't lead to anything. But now I'm so frustrated that I have to spend so much extra work just because the Audition keeps crashing, so now I'm trying. Does anyone know what this is and most importantly what can I do to stop it?
