Looking to improve a recording  that varies speed throughout. Is there anything that can be done to even out talking speed to 150-160 wpm?

There's no way to do this automatically - and it would be a long job to do it with Stretch and Pitch, although it would be possible. I wondered whether anybody had made a VST plugin that would do this, but I can't find one, I'm afraid. It's not something we've ever had a request for either. 150-160 is quite slow as well - the news is normally read at 180wpm.
