batch conversion

Everytime I batch convert files from 44.1KHz 16bit wav to 8K 16bit wav mu law wav,

I always encounter sudden peak at first instant.

It happened when I convert 44.1Khz 24bit to 44.2KHz 16bit wav.

I'm using CC2019.

What happens if you try running this process without using DeReverb?

I'm not using DeReverb. Is a direct conversion. No processing.
