Batch Moving Markers?

Question

Director just asked me to add 10 seconds to the beginning of a video project with a custom edited track that I have added about 48 cue markers to to help time my cuts and transitions in AE. This means i have to add a 10 second loop which will move all my markers but i can't seem to figure out how to move my markers along with the audio wave.
I can batch select markers in the markers panel but i can seem to move them as a group.
Is this possible?

First of all is this in the Waveform view as Cue markers or part of a Multitrack session timeline markers? Usually the easiest way is to set the Play head back to beginning of the file/session and from the Edit menu Insert/Silence of 10secs. That should shift everything along the timeline both audio and markers.
