Batch processing from .wav to .mp2 cuts off the last 2 seconds of each file

I have an hour long .wav file, segmented with markers. I export the audio using the markers and everything times out fine as .wavs. When I batch process convert them to .mp2s I lose the last 1-2 seconds of each file. I tried exporting the audio using the markers, but this time converting them to .mp2s in the process and again I lose the last 1-2 second from each file. Then I tried converting the hour long .wav to an .mp2 and I lose the last 5 seconds.

Anyone have an explanation or fix for this?
