Best way to monitor plugins cpu?

Is there a way to monitor my plugins cpu? I'm trying to create the best template for recording, using the lightest plugins possible. Was wondering if there is a meter in Adobe that shows CPU usage or a 3rd party software to monitor? Thanks

There's 'Task Manager / Performance' in Windows,  Control-Alt-Delete will get you there.
