Buzzing with voice peaks - even after noise reduction.

I am working with a 3 minute video and about halfway through the mic started buzzing. No problem I thought, I went through my audio editing progression and used the noise reduction process to get rid of the buzzing. And it worked. But, the buzzing still persists when the voice peaks. I can't seem to get rid of it even by isolating frequencies, and I can't find any information on how to do it online.

The only thing I can hear on this clip is sibilance - which I'd hardly describe as buzzing!

Try Effects>Amplitude and Compression>DeEsser, but you may have to adjust it slightly - that's normal, as no two voices are the same.

Having downloaded and looked at the file I can see the HF remnants of a harmonic rich 115Hz buzz in the Spectral Frequency display. Your Noise Reduction seems to have done a reasonable job on it. However it might be more productive if you could post a clip of the original file without the noise reduction so that we can analyse better what the problem was and how best to remove more of it. Although, as Steve seems to have found, the remnants aren't really audible monitoring on speakers. I agree though that some de-essing  would also help.
